Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Digirhino Nxtgen Infotech. If for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 3-5 day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No credits will be issued on Printer Cartridges, Software, Games and CD’s. A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours provided goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals & software and are in a resalable condition.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at In your email, please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 4-6 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as outlined above for initiating a return. Once we receive your item and it is inspected and approved, we will process the exchange and send you the new item. Any price differences will be settled according to our exchange policy.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
